There are two distinct types of costs. First, the HubSpot license, which varies depending on the number of users, the hubs subscribed to (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data), and the volume of marketing contacts.
Pricing ranges from free plans to Enterprise solutions. On the other hand, the implementation cost depends on the complexity of the project: the hubs to be implemented, integrations with other systems, and data migration from the previous CRM.
As a reference, a standard project can range from €5,000 to €25,000, although there is a wide range of variation. During the free consultation, we’ll provide you with an estimate tailored to your specific situation.

We work in 5 phases:
1. Audit: We sit down with all departments to understand your day-to-day operations and current processes.

3. Implementation: We configure and customize the platform according to what was defined in the previous phase.
4. Training: We teach the team what their new daily routine will look like. All sessions are recorded.
5. Change Management: An optional but highly recommended phase —we support you for as long as necessary to ensure successful and sustainable adoption.
The greatest involvement is in Phase 1, where we need you to explain in detail how you work. In Phases 2 and 3, the work is primarily ours: your role is to review and approve the new model.
Starting in Phase 4, the team must be 100% involved because the work is already being done within the platform. In total, the average time commitment from your team is between 3 and 6 hours per week throughout the project.

Yes. Data migration is one of the most critical phases of any implementation, and at Posizionate we’ve carried it out in dozens of projects.
We use protocols for data cleansing, deduplication, and field mapping to ensure that the transition does not result in any loss of information or disruption to business operations. The process includes validating the migrated data before putting the platform into production.
We are based in Madrid, Alcobendas, but we work with clients throughout Spain and internationally as well. Most projects are managed remotely without any issues.
For the audit and training phases that require an in-person presence, we either travel to the client’s location or conduct well-structured online sessions. Location has never been an obstacle for any of our clients.
